A bit of nostalgia is at the center of this boutique operation, and in all honesty, there’s a long history of devouring corn chips and the yummiest hand-made salsa’s in conjunction with copious amounts of margarita sculling.
It’s one of the perks of growing up in North America, where Mexican Cuisine is equally as influential as the meat-pies are to Aussies.
So, the plan is, you supply the margaritas (and/or cold beers) and we’ll provide you with an authentic salsa experience - hopefully one of the best you’ll find here in Australia!
