Our experience over the past 30 years in cooking Italian food has culminated in fresh organic pizza bases, fresh organic pasta & fresh pesto, ready for the home cook.
Our Pizza bases are par-cooked, sourdough & 48 hour cold fermented, made with 100% organic wheat from NSW, hand rolled & with a choice of organic tomato, garlic or plain.
Our pasta is made fresh each week with 100% Organic durum wheat semolina, Organic eggs and Mt Beerwah spring water.
Our fresh pesto is made from local macadamia nuts, local herbs, Australian extra virgin olive oil, garlic and salt. We also use quality Italian Parmesan. Handmade in small batches.
