1. Delivery Areas & Schedule
We offer Sunday deliveries to Noosa and surrounding areas.
📅 Order Cut-Off Time: Midnight Thursday for same-week delivery.
🚚 Delivery Day: Every Sunday
📍 Delivery Areas: Noosa and surrounding regions.
If your order is placed after midnight on Thursday, it will be scheduled for delivery on the following Sunday, unless you select a later date at checkout.
2. Delivery Fees & Order Requirements
✅ Flat Delivery Fee: $15
🚫 No Minimum Order Required
Delivery costs will be applied at checkout.
3. How Delivery Works
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.
- On Sunday morning, you will receive an estimated delivery window.
- Our team will deliver your order directly to your doorstep.
If you will not be home, please leave specific delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., "Leave at front door" or "Drop off in shaded area").
4. Rescheduling & Missed Deliveries
If you need to change your delivery date, please do so before midnight Thursday. Orders can be forwarded to the following weekend if needed.
❌ Missed Deliveries:
- If no one is available to receive your order and no delivery instructions are provided, we will attempt to contact you.
- If we are unable to complete the delivery, your order may not be redelivered, and it will be non-refundable due to the perishable nature of the items.
5. Refunds & Issues with Orders
We take great care in handling your order, but if an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@qldfarmersmarkets.com.au so we can assist you.
🚨 Refunds are only available if:
✅ We cannot deliver to your area.
✅ An item is unavailable from the stall provider.
