Having guests over? We’ve got you covered. This is the non-offensive cousin of the chilli garlic flavour with no heat whatsoever. Salt, black pepper, coriander seeds and dehydrated garlic makes the basis of this flavour.
Garlic is the key ingredient in many dishes from pizza and pasta, to bovine to boar – and just about everything in between. Our biltong is not any different and boy oh boy, we sure have added some garlic. We are going for big bold flavours, and if you’ve tried our products before you know we nail that brief.
