This is our handmade organic gnocchi. It’s made from the freshest local sourced Organic vegetables: Potatoes, Sweet potatoes, Pumpkin, Beetroot and Black Garlic. The gnocchi are cooked, oiled, vacuum packed and snap frozen. This means you don’t have to boil it at all. All you have to do is defrost it and heat it up.
You can serve it as a starter, main meal and as a side. It’s really easy and fast to cook.
culinary uses
- simply put it in a non- stick frying pan with butter or oil and cook it until it is golden. Serve it with sautéed vegetables, pesto, cheese, or my favourite, burnt butter and sage.
- you can also put it straight in a tomato sauce and let it simmer until it’s hot. Rip some buffalo mozzarella over it, throw in handful of fresh basil and drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Gnocchi al Pomodoro!
- Why not mix it with a sauce and throw it in the oven for 10-15 min on 200℃. Enjoy your Gnocchi-Bake!

Organic Spiced Pumpkin gnocchi: Organic potatoe, Organic Jap Pumpkin, Organic wheat flour, Organic brown rice flour, himalayan pink salt and Spices (Turmeric, Nutmeg and pepper are not organic)
Green Pea & Ricotta gnocchi: Organic potato, Green Peas, Ricotta, Organic wheat flour, Organic Brown Rice Flour and Himalayan pink salt (Peas & Ricotta are not organic)
Organic Spiced Black Garlic gnocchi: Organic Potato, organic black garlic, organic wheat flour, Organic Black Garlic and himalayan pink salt and Spices (Thyme, Sage and oregano are not organic)
